I have been studying in depth all of the different aspects of building a successful practice and have been applying them to build my own thriving practice. I have studied and taken classes with successful marketing professionals. I have used the techniques I have learned and modified them to fit the holistic health arena. Taking the marketing of your business seriously and putting time, energy and money into it is essential to success.
One of the things I feel is vital for success as a holistic practitioner is to treat what you have to offer as incredibly valuable and important. If you don’t value it at a high level than you will be unable to convey this to anybody and your business will suffer. I work with practitioners using certain exercises I have found helpful in seeing more clearly the value of the work they are doing. This often can reflect a self-esteem issue so it is important to also do the healing at this level to be able to move into your full confidence and capability as a successful practitioner.
Format of Radiant Life Practice Building Program
This program runs over a three month time span beginning in January 2008
- Development of Goals for the Program---what you would like to achieve in the three month program
- Biweekly Classes held on the phone for 75 minutes. These calls are recorded so if you are unable to make a call you can call in and listen to the recorded call at a time that is convenient for you.
- Free access to Radiant Life Counseling Tele-classes during the duration of the program
- Weekly email progress reports and homework due weekly with feedback given by Shelley and other class members.
- You are matched with someone else in the class who will be your Practice Building Buddy who you will have weekly ½ hour calls for support and accountability.
